Terms of use for users of the Magenta loyalty program

  • The promo code downloaded from the Moj Telekom application can be used when buying tickets through the Arriva Croatia mobile application for iOS and Android devices and on the website www.arriva.com.hr
  • The promo code provides a 15% discount on the price of tickets for domestic routes of Arriva Croatia. It is not valid on departures of other carriers and cooperative departures.
  • The promo code can be used to buy tickets and travel in the period from 05.12.2023 to 01.03.2024. years
  • The promo code is not calculated on the amount of the reservation and is not applicable to the purchase of a return reservation.
  • Promo code cannot be added and combined with First minute offer, App discount and other special discounts and offers.
  • The total amount of the bill after calculating the promo code cannot be less than 1 EUR.
  • To use the promo code, you must be logged in to your myArriva account.
  • The coupon can only be used once.
  • For tickets with a promo code, it is not possible to change the travel dates or refund the fee.
    Exchange for money is not possible.
