It’s a new Arriva loyalty program where you earn points for each ticket purchased that is, for every mile you travel. You can redeem the points on your very next booking or redeem them later. The program also offers other benefits and rewards from Arriva and its partners. It is very simple, the more you travel, the more we reward you!
You can join the Arriva loyalty program via the Arriva Croatia mobile app, through the website or by filling out the application form at the Arriva ticket office.
All new members of the program will receive a welcome gift – 4.70 points on your account readily available. Users who replace their existing A-card with the Arriva loyalty card will receive 6.70 extra points.
With each ticket purchase online or at Arriva ticket office, you earn points equivalent to 10% of the total invoice value.
This means you get points not only based on the total cost of the tickets, but also for cost of the reservation and the luggage fee. We also reward you with extra points for your birthday – every year you will earn 6.70 points.
You can redeem your points the next time you buy bus tickets.
All you have to do is show your card or, when shopping online, enter your loyalty card number in your shopping cart and redeem the points/euros you have in your account. In addition to discounts when buying tickets, you will find numerous additional benefits and rewards from Arriva and its partners!
Registration for myArriva users
If you are already a myarriva registered user, you need to sign up for the loyalty program from your user account. If you have already created your loyalty card at the ticket office, you can link it to your myarriva account.
Registration for other users
If you are not a myArriva user, by registering in the loyalty program you automatically become a myArriva registered user.
